Shared platform
All users access common backend systems and standard features. This keeps the service consistent and fair. A platform-wide technical issue may affect several users at the same time.
A simple explanation of how Hostambola operates, what our shared service includes, and how users must use the platform responsibly.
Last updated: 6 September 2026Hostambola is a shared, self-service platform for running Tambola experiences. It is not a software-development agency. Theme packages can change the colours, branding and content of a website, but every customer uses the same core platform and service standards.
All users access common backend systems and standard features. This keeps the service consistent and fair. A platform-wide technical issue may affect several users at the same time.
Our websites use third-party hosting infrastructure, including Hostinger. Maintenance, heavy traffic, network faults or provider issues may occasionally cause slowdowns or temporary downtime.
We work to restore service promptly, but we cannot promise 100% uninterrupted availability.
Support covers normal platform use, maintenance and technical assistance. Visual changes are provided according to the selected theme package.
A separate backend, private deployment or completely new software product is not included unless confirmed through a separate written agreement.
Please report service problems through our official support channel and include useful details such as the time, page and a screenshot. We review genuine reports in good faith.
Normal outages or hosting faults should not be treated as deliberate actions without reliable evidence.
Hostambola websites must not be used for fraud, scams, phishing, unlawful activity or content intended to harm or mislead others. We may suspend or permanently remove a website when misuse is confirmed or when immediate action is necessary to protect users.
Related phone numbers, email addresses, domains and new websites connected to a restricted user may also be blocked. Where permitted by applicable law, payments are not refundable when access is terminated for confirmed misuse because publishing and hosting resources have already been used.
Users are responsible for their website content, event planning and compliance with applicable laws. For important public games, keep a backup plan in case an internet, device or hosting problem interrupts service.
Hostambola builds and licenses the website application technology only. We do not obtain gaming, event or business licences on behalf of customers.
The person or organization that hosts or operates a Tambola or Housie game is responsible for checking local law and obtaining every licence, permission, registration or approval that may be required. The host is also responsible for ticket sales, prizes, age restrictions, taxes and all other legal or regulatory obligations connected with the event.
Contact Hostambola before using the platform if you have questions about the service or your package.
